Shipping & Delivery
Where do we Deliver to?
We currently only send Posters to addresses within the UK. Delivery is FREE!. We do plan to expand delivery to other Countries in the near future.
Tracking Your Order
We are more than happy to update you with the status of your order. Just use the online contact form to ask us at any time.You may also track your order from within the members panel if you register for an account with us.
When Will My Order be Dispatched?
As soon as we receive your order we will process it. We aim to post on the same day or first thing the next day if ordered late afternoon. If it is any different, you will be informed.
How are the Posters Packaged?
All the posters are sent in cardboard postal tubes which are very robust. You will receive your poster in perfect condition.
Gifts & Messages
If your order is a gift and you do not want the price to be disclosed, please let us know at the time of ordering and include your message which will be sent with the poster.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to Returns@WartimePosters.co.uk Please include in the body of the email: your order number ID and a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be dealt with asap.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

First of all, please have a look around our website. To view products, you can use the search box at the top right of the page or you can click on any product that is displayed or you can use the links on the menus to navigate around our website.

Adding products to shopping cart -
Add products to your shopping cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' button. If you want more than 1 of the same product, please enter quantity in to the box before clicking 'Add to Cart' button.

To view what is in your shopping cart, click on the 'My Cart' link at the top right menu.
Making changes to your shopping cart -
You can make the following changes while you are viewing your shopping cart:

Change the quantity of an item ordered by entering the correct number required in the box under the heading Qty. Click the 'Update Shopping Cart' button for quantity changes to take effect.
Remove an item. If you have changed your mind and don't want an item, simply click on the trash bin image in the 'remove' box.
Discount codes -
If you have received a discount voucher code from us, this is where you redeem it by entering it into the 'Discount Codes' box.
Placing your order -
When you are ready to place your order and 'checkout', please click on the 'My Cart' link at the top right menu. Then click the 'Proceed to Checkout button.
You will be asked whether you want to checkout as a GuestT or Register as Member (Recommended! for discount codes, newsletters, order tracking etc)
You will need to complete the checkout form that requires shipping address for your order, add a gift messages if required.
Once you have completed the checkout form you will directed automatically to PayPal for secure payment processing.
When you have completed PayPal payment you will be re-directed back to this website to continue shopping or sign-in to view your order and tacking details etc.
